How do I make an Instant Deposit at Sterling House Casino?

You can make an instant deposit if you have sufficient funds in your Moneybookers account (see: How do I add a Bank Account to my Moneybookers account?).

• Simply choose the Deposit icon in the Cashier section of Sterling House site.
• Choose the Moneybookers option.
• Enter the amount desired and follow the on screen instructions.

NOTE: Moneybookers no longer allows Visa & MasterCard deposits to a Moneybookers account for gaming transactions due to changes in Visa & MasterCard international policies.

How do I add a Bank Account to my Moneybookers account?

To add your bank account you need to give details of your bank account. To do this go to:

• Profile > List of Bank Accounts > Manage > Add.

Once you have added the details of your bank account, follow the instructions and when complete you are now free to deposit money to your Moneybookers account. See: How do I deposit money from my bank account?

How do I deposit funds to Moneybookers from my bank account?

To do this:

Go to: My Account > Upload Funds > choose bank transfer as a payment method > enter the amount to be deposited. You will be provided with a transaction ID and bank details.

Now you have to instruct your bank to process the transaction to the Moneybookers account. Make sure to enter the transaction ID or your login email in the reference field. Once the money has been deposited to the Moneybookers account you can deposit the money now in your Moneybookers account into your Sterling House Account.

How do I change my information with Moneybookers?

In order to change the postal address on your Moneybookers account, submitted by yourself upon registration, Moneybookers requires a copy of a utility bill as a proof of your new address. You can send it either scanned to service@moneybookers.com or use the following fax numbers;

How do I get detailed information about the transactions I have made through my Moneybookers account?

In the "Account" page select the date range containing the transactions you want information on. Once the page displays the transactions click on the Excel icon in the upper left of the transaction box. The web site will begin a download of the Excel file or open it in the browser windows (and then you can save it to disk if required).
